End User License Agreement (EULA) — Internal QuickBooks Integration

This EULA covers our private QuickBooks Online integration used by Gibralter Fence Company / Shreveport Gate Repair (“Company”).

License. Company grants itself a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the integration solely for Company’s internal business operations with Company’s own QuickBooks Online company file.

Not a public product. This software is not licensed to the general public. Third parties have no right to use, copy, modify, distribute, or sublicense it.

QuickBooks / Intuit. Use of QuickBooks Online remains subject to Intuit’s terms. This integration is an independent tool and is not endorsed by Intuit unless Intuit says otherwise.

Your responsibilities. You (the Company admin authorizing the app) are responsible for who may use the integration, for keeping Intuit/QBO credentials secure, and for actions taken through the connected app.

No warranty. The integration is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the integration.

Termination. Access may be revoked at any time by disconnecting the app in Intuit/QuickBooks or by disabling the integration. On termination, new API access stops.
