Solar Gate Access and Video Monitoring

Powerless property. Full gate access. Real recording.

We build one shared solar system that runs both your gate opener and your cameras. That means fewer panels to babysit, one battery bank to check, and a setup that holds up on farms, camps, hunting leases, and long private drives across North Louisiana.

We do not use “solar cameras.” Those run on tiny onboard batteries, sleep most of the time, and wake on a cheap motion sensor—so they often miss the start of an event. Instead we run standard always-powered cameras (higher resolution, continuous recording) off the same solar bank that opens the gate. You get proper monitoring, not a trail-cam compromise.

Where this shines

• Farms and ranches
• Camps and weekend places
• Hunting leases
• Long driveways with no nearby power
• Remote parking lots and parks

What’s in a typical package

• Nice Titan actuator with release handle
• Mercury 310 control board
• Long-range radio remotes
• Smartphone app control
• Oversized sealed lead-acid battery bank
• Oversized solar panel sized for Louisiana weather
• Victron Bluetooth solar smart controller (you can check charge from your phone)
• Reolink Wi‑Fi or cellular PTZ—wired/powered cameras fed by our solar system, not battery “solar cams”

Site requirements

• Open sun for the panel within about 100 ft of the gate/camera
• A gate that swings freely—no dragging, no wheels or anything rubbing the ground. We can repair sticky gates; that sometimes means post work

Investment

Gate opener + camera packages start at $7,000. Exact price depends on gate size, cellular vs Wi‑Fi, and how much sun and runtime you need. Call or text (318) 286-6509 and we’ll size it for your property.
