Property managers shouldn’t babysit one shared gate code forever. We install and support UniFi Access so move-ins get credentials that work, move-outs lose access the same day, and your office can run the system without calling a tech for every change.

- Directory / call box that rings phones and apps — a G3 Intercom-style entry with a resident directory; guests call the unit, residents answer and unlock from their phone
- Visitor QR or PIN that auto-expires — one-time or recurring guest passes that don’t live on Facebook forever
- Schedules and holiday lockdown — office hours, vendor windows, after-hours rules when you need them

A typical multi-tenant install uses a UniFi Access Gate Hub for the vehicle gate, a video intercom with directory at the call box, and readers on amenity or pedestrian doors when you need more than the driveway. Controllers scale from a single entry up to larger communities; already-synced credentials keep working if the internet blips. We size the stack to your gate count and how your office actually manages move-ins — not a one-size SKU list.
