We draw the gate in CAD software for an exact scale drawing. This allows last minute gate details to be added and removed before they're more permanently affixed, saving time and money!
Rough-in installation of conduit for the gate system is done now. Extra services such as electricians and plumbers are called in as needed. Gate posts are set using heavy machinery and 4 times are much concrete as standard. Gate design details can still be edited during this period.
With gate drawings confirmed and gate posts are set, welding begins on the gates. All equipment is ordered and ready for when gate construction is complete. Gates generally take about 2 weeks to be built and powder-coated. Vehicle detectors can be installed during this period.
