AI Smart Access pairs a Ubiquiti UniFi Access video intercom and readers with UniFi Protect AI cameras so homes and businesses around Shreveport and Bossier can see who’s at the gate, unlock remotely, and get alerts that matter — not every leaf that moves.
Video intercom + smart cameras
A G3 Intercom-style station at the entry gives you two-way talk, remote unlock, visitor history, and credentials (card, mobile, PIN, or QR) when a shared code isn’t enough. Pair it with Protect cameras that watch the driveway and approach: people and vehicle detections hit your phone, and unlock events can pull a clip when Access and Protect share the same console.
Smart detections (model-dependent)

- Face and license plate — available on capable camera models; plate unlock is possible when LPR is wired correctly into the gate stack with proper safety sensors (UL 325 entrapment protection) — we don’t invent accuracy percentages

- Audio cues — speech, glass break, and car alarms on models with a mic (we keep siren/barking/crying-style claims off the list unless a specific model is verified for your site)
Hardware that survives a Louisiana driveway

We prefer camera and intercom kits rated for real summer heat — not gear that tops out around a mild 104°F afternoon — so the brains aren’t baking in a plastic box on the ground.
