Gate Systems
There are several different packages we offer, as well as custom configuration. This page is for just the automation, not the actual gate (except for the vertical pivot gate). See the gate's page for gate prices. Our standard system configurations all include:
- Photo-eye safety devices
- (4) Remote Controls
- Wireless Keypad with 5 code capacity installed on gooseneck pedestal
- Free-exit device
- Smartphone Control and Monitoring (Optional)
However, we do offer simpler configurations called Just-A-Gate systems that exclude keypads and free-exit.
Light-use Actuator-style Swing Gate - $5,000
Heavy-Duty actuator with large 55ah maintenance free battery

These entire gates and openers are manufactured as a set and shipped to the installation site, installed on concrete pad. Up to 24ft
Traffic Barrier Arm -- $8,000
Up to 26 ft long boom. Longer booms are slower movement. For effective anti-tailgate speed, boom must be 14ft or smaller.
